Let’s get creative.
Congratulations! I am so excited you are wanting to begin your creative journey, and doing so with intention. Here is a list of 8 ways to start incorporating creativity and mindfulness into your every day.
Option 1: First create your sacred space. Then, move on to looking at each item on the list as a step. Once you have achieved the next “step” as a daily practice, move onto the next and weave that into your routine. Continue until each one is done daily.
Option 2: If time is a concern, consider instead assigning each to a day of the week to start. Journal on Sunday. Take a walk on Monday. Doodle on Tuesday, and so on.
Option 3: After creating your sacred space, form a strong practice of journaling and doodling daily and consistently, if even for only 20 minutes. The others can be added when time or your mood allows.
Option 4: Use these suggestions to create a 30 day challenge for yourself. You get what you put in so commit to something that feels attainable.
